Young people across Hampshire voted environmental issues as their top concern in this year’s ‘Make Your Mark’ consultation. Hampshire ranked second in the UK for participation in the consultation, with 17,385 votes cast in total.

Member of Youth Parliament wins award at the Pride of Andover Awards
The Member of Youth Parliament for North West Hampshire, Dmitrijs, won Young Person of the Year at the Pride of Andover Awards, on Tuesday 26th October 2021, after being nominated by members of the public and then subsequently shortlisted by the POA Committee, headed up by Councillor Karen Hamilton, Councillor at Test Valley Borough Council.
