Hampshire Youth Parliament Summer Social 2024

Members of the Youth Parliament and Youth Councillors recently gathered at Abbey Gardens in Winchester for the Hampshire Youth Parliament's Summer Social. This event was an opportunity to propose and plan future campaigns that will shape the work of the Hampshire Youth Parliament and its Members of Youth Parliament.

During the gathering, participants shared ideas and proposals on various important topics. Key discussions focused on raising funding for the Hampshire Youth Parliament and making public transport more accessible for students.  It was great to see these young leaders passionately advocating for change and ensuring youth voices are heard.

Progress is already being made as these motivated young people reach out to their MPs and local councils. The future looks bright!
